You do not need a “perfect” appearance, a large following, or previous experience to work with Vestra Models. A few legal and technical conditions are non-negotiable. Everything else depends on consistency, communication, and whether the work itself is a good fit for the creator.
Essential requirements
- Age 18 or older: cooperation is only available to adults who can complete the platform's official identity verification.
- Valid identification: the platform may require government-issued ID and further checks. Documents should only be provided through a clear, secure process.
- Legal eligibility: creators are responsible for checking local rules concerning this work, payouts, and taxes.
- A phone and reliable connection: a modern smartphone, stable internet, and a private place to shoot are enough to begin.
- Voluntary consent: the creator defines acceptable formats and can refuse anything outside her boundaries.
What we do not require
There is no universal clothing size, body type, hair color, or “correct” persona. A professional camera, studio, perfect English, and thousands of followers are also unnecessary. Strong positioning is built around a real person, while equipment and production skills can improve over time.
What actually determines fit
- Consistency: the ability to plan shoots and maintain an agreed minimum rhythm.
- Open communication: discussing delays, fatigue, ideas, and discomfort early.
- Reliability: respecting agreements and platform rules.
- Willingness to test: evaluating themes, formats, and offers instead of copying another creator's identity.
- Clear boundaries: understanding what feels acceptable to create and discuss.
A responsible agency does not persuade a creator to cross her boundaries for a short-term result. A sustainable process matters more than an imaginary “ideal candidate.”
How much production time is needed
Daily shooting is not always necessary. One or two prepared sessions can often create several weeks of material. The right rhythm depends on the niche, existing archive, and goals. We discuss a schedule that can be maintained rather than forcing the same plan on every creator.
How selection works
The initial application helps us understand experience, goals, available time, and privacy preferences. An online conversation follows. We explain responsibilities on both sides and may honestly decline if there is no suitable scope. Passwords, private messages, and ID documents sent through Telegram are not required before terms are understood.
Who may not be a good fit
An agency is unlikely to help someone expecting guaranteed passive income, unwilling to create any regular content, or unwilling to follow platform rules. Nobody should begin because a partner, friend, or manager is applying pressure. Participation must remain informed and voluntary.
What to include in the first message
Share confirmation that you are 18 or older, your country, experience, approximate availability, public links if available, and your main goal. A manager can then explain the next step without creating an obligation to join.
